If I am working on a repair or on the road, I may not be able to answer immediately. In that case, please leave a brief message with your name, a call-back number, and a short description of what is going on with your computer. I will follow up as soon as I am available.
You are also welcome to send a text message or email if that is more convenient. When a computer is down it often affects work, school, and day-to-day life, so I do my best to respond promptly.
Shop Location
I work from a home-based location in Harrison, Michigan. Drop-off and pick-up are typically arranged by phone or text so we can choose a time that works for both of us.
